This site is operated by BuildTheBuild, 3631 Truxel Rd #1075, Sacramento, CA 95834, USA. By using it you agree to these terms. If you enter the giveaway, the Official Rules also apply and take precedence over these terms for anything relating to the promotion.
Accurate information
You agree to submit only your own, accurate information. Automated entries, duplicate accounts, disposable addresses used to enter more than once, and any attempt to interfere with the entry system may result in disqualification and in your access to this site being withdrawn.
Concept renders
Images of the completed BMW 328ix Coupe (E92) shown on this site are concept renders produced for illustration. They are not photographs of the prize vehicle and do not represent its current or final condition or specification. The finished car will differ from them.
Community content
Comments you leave on our public posts may be quoted, screenshotted, reposted, and featured on this site and in our videos, with attribution to the handle you posted under. Anything beyond that, such as using your comment in paid advertising or on merchandise, we will ask you about separately. Tell us at hello@buildthebuild.us if you would rather we did not feature something of yours, and we will take it down.
Build direction influenced by comments remains subject to the sponsor's final discretion as set out in the Official Rules.

The BuildTheBuild name, the renders, the photography, and the text on this site belong to us. You may share and link to them. You may not sell them, pass them off as your own, or use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.
No warranty
This site is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that any information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California. There is no mandatory arbitration and no class action waiver. Nothing in this section removes any right you have to bring proceedings in the country where you live where the law of that country gives you that right.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the effective date at the top and, where practicable, email entrants who are registered with us at the time.
